Purpose and Goals

It is the purpose of the Historical Radio Society of Western Sweden, through its Museum, to preserve knowledge of the development of radio engineering for new generations gather and study documents illustrating the history of radio work for the establishment and maintenance of a historical radio museum in Western Sweden collect objects for the historical radio collections maintain and restore the objects in the collections increase awareness of the existence of the historical radio collections keep the collections open to the general public
